Facility Request Form - Cancellation Form - AACC Reservation Guidelines -

  1. The Facility Request Form and Cancellation Form are interactive; they require Adobe Reader.

  3. AACC Facility Request Form must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to event.
  4. Cancellation of the event must be submitted 3 business days prior to event to avoid $100 fine.
  5. AACC reserves the right to cancel any event with less than 5 people or 20% of attendance (whichever is greater).
  6. Organization would be liable for the cancellation fee.
  7. Any unpaid invoice will result in cancellation of current and future events without notice.
  8. Submission of AACC Facility Request Form does not guarantee space availability.
  9. Organization will receive confirmation via e-mail 3 business days after submission.
  10. E-mail all requests to lindafu@echo.rutgers.edu to avoid delays.
