- AACC Facility Request Form must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to event.
- Cancellation of the event must be submitted 3 business days prior to event to avoid $100 fine.
- AACC reserves the right to cancel any event with less than 5 people or 20% of attendance (whichever is greater).
- Organization would be liable for the cancellation fee.
- Any unpaid invoice will result in cancellation of current and future events without notice.
- Submission of AACC Facility Request Form does not guarantee space availability.
- Organization will receive confirmation via e-mail 3 business days after submission.
- E-mail all requests to lindafu@echo.rutgers.edu to avoid delays.
